Vacancy: Deceased Estate Administrator

This unique individual will be responsible for the administration of deceased estates, which is the core business of the company.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Working experience in Deceased Estate Environment; LEAD or Legal Degree

 

Experience

  • 3+ years of practical and relevant experience in estate administration

  • Excellent administrative skills, relationship management and problem-solving skills

  • Computer literacy: Word, Excel; LegalEase

  • Some experience in the administration of Insolvent Deceased Estates might be advantageous

 

Job Specification

  • End to end administration of deceased estates (All associated administrative duties)

  • Prepare final statements and affidavits 

  • Assist with SARS requirements

  • Working knowledge of deceased administration and legal concepts

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Liaise with clients on a regular and professional basis

  • Assist in other areas of the business, if required

  • Must use own initiative and must be able to work independently
