This unique individual will be responsible for the administration of deceased estates, which is the core business of the company.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications

Working experience in Deceased Estate Environment; LEAD or Legal Degree
Experience

3+ years of practical and relevant experience in estate administration

Excellent administrative skills, relationship management and problem-solving skills

Computer literacy: Word, Excel; LegalEase

Some experience in the administration of Insolvent Deceased Estates might be advantageous
Job Specification

End to end administration of deceased estates (All associated administrative duties)

Prepare final statements and affidavits

Assist with SARS requirements

Working knowledge of deceased administration and legal concepts

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Liaise with clients on a regular and professional basis

Assist in other areas of the business, if required

Must use own initiative and must be able to work independently
